I was cleaning the filter today and low and behold our Jewels have laid eggs on the glass just behind the filter.
Mum and Dad are there busily fanning the eggs and they look so gorgeous.
When I got the Jewels I had noticed that they looked particularly chunky but thought it was because of eating not eggs.
I will try to get some pics of the eggs and parents and upload them for everyone to see but I don't want to scare them while they are nesting.
